LSVT BIG Exercise #3

This one is done standing. Feet shoulder width apart. Hands on the front of your thighs. Take one big step forward, a lunge if you will, while throwing your arms behind you. Hold for about 5 seconds and then return to standing position with the foot you threw forward. Be careful. This one sounds easy but I lose my balance on this one most every time. Remember to have someone near by. After doing 10 repetitions with one foot then do 10 with the other foot.
