The seven exercises given you are meant to be repetitious to help the brain re-train. If the exercises become too easy or boring alterations can be made as long as you continue with the same basic type exercises. For example…In exercise #6 you can challenge yourself when you are ready by stepping over a small object to add difficulty or go for a long walk incorporating the enlarged arm swings and steps. I was wondering if you have a print version of all the exercises. I can see 5 – 7 and presume there is 1 – 4 somewhere.

Sorry for the confusion. All the exercises can be found in the april and May archive section. I do not have a print version to post as it is copyright protected material.
