Having vivid dreams and enacting out those dreams is unfortunately a part of Parkinson’s. It has been related to numerous drugs such as Mirapex and other medications but the main culprit may be the Parkinson’s itself. I have awoken on numerous occasions punching a mattress or the headboard to find bloody knuckles or bruises wondering where they came from.. Thank God my spouse has been unaffected by these rants, so far.
